Steve Fink, Vice President, Marketing
Steve Fink oversees new product launch efforts, branding and promotional initiatives, and works closely with PLT customers in developing concepts for their consumer products. Prior to joining PLT, Steve was the Global Marketing Business Manager for Ajinomoto North America’s amino acid and retail sports supplements portfolios, and prior to that enjoyed an early career as an intellectual property attorney.
Dawna Salter-Farfan Ph. D. R.D, Senior Clinical Research Manager
Dawna Salter-Farfan Ph.D., R.D., is the Sr. Manager of Clinical Research at PLT Health Solutions, where she is passionate about developing and supporting science-backed natural ingredients that improve health and well-being. Dr. Salter-Farfan has a BS degree in Nutrition and Food Science, a Ph.D. in Neuroscience, and is a Registered Dietitian. She also served as a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Preventive Medicine at University of Southern California’s Keck School of Medicine.
